            <description><![CDATA[I am signed up. I have "followed" a few people and a few have followed back. I think I have been Twit Spammed already (I made up that term) by one person and one service that do not identify themselves.

I have not figured out how to join the #agilecoachcamp "thread" on Summize. I am talking to Mark S. about it, looking for a solution.

I don't know if there is any other way to get a multi-person thread going ala newsgroups. And I am disinclined to announce my every movement. So I am at the "cute but where is the value" stage with Twitter - as opposed to email, newsgroups or IM.

So, who can point us toward the value of this new tool?

"As a group, we developed a number of new ideas and approaches that we hope will connect with members and give clearer direction to our work on behalf of the Agile Alliance. 

"Our re-invigorating new Agile Alliance purpose statement: “__We support those who explore and apply Agile principles and practices to make the software industry productive, humane and sustainable.__”

We also defined __our promise__ to “share the passion to continuously improve the art of software delivery”, which also comes in a shorter form: __“Passion. Improvement. Delivery.”__ 

Yay! I can get behind that, can you?

            <title>Improved coaching by improving the coach</title>

            <description><![CDATA[As coaches, we are teacher/student - we impart knowledge from experience or what we have learnt from training. But we also learn from the experience of teaching others.

What sets a trainer apart from a coach? (thats a topic all by itself) - but my view is that a coach should have done and MUST have the skills to guide their students (who are more like apprentices) through the minefield that only experience can teach.

But how do we gain the important life skills that make technically good coaches fantastic guides? The power to persuade through effective communication, the ability to model good practice and resonate inner calm (where do we even find inner calm from!)

What tips/techniques have you found to improve yourself as a person who is a coach?]]></description>

            <title>Scaling Agile At An Enterprise Scale</title>

            <description><![CDATA[It is crystal clear that people dynamics and teams disbursed geographically has posed a whole slew of challenges for a project to be successful. Dedicated "Distributed Agile" stage for Agile Conference 2008 confirms this.

Whilst, Web 2.0(wiki, bogs), Instant Messengers and WebCams have helped tremendously in bringing the disbursed teams closer, there seems to be lot of hunger and room for improvement in getting Agile to scale at an enterprise level.

As an agile practitioner and working for Global Software Development Organizations for more than a decade, I would like to share couple of my ideas/thoughts around scaling agile over disbursed/distributed agile teams. Your feedback is vital, may be a brainstorm session in an OpenSpace format would really help.
